What we collect. Email address, phone number, username, profile details you choose to share, and activity on the platform (asks, responses, messages, reviews).

What stays private. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly. Messages are visible only to the two participants and to admins reviewing a specific report.

Phone verification. Your phone number is used only to verify you control it, via a one-time code. It is not sold or shared with third parties.

Account deletion. You may delete your account at any time. Your public profile is removed; job and review history connected to other users is anonymized rather than deleted outright, so their records stay intact.
