Terms of Service

Quikask is a platform that connects people in Greater Portland, Maine who need help ("Askers") with people offering help ("Helpers"). This is a placeholder draft — replace with counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

No payments. Quikask does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment. Any exchange of money or goods happens directly between Askers and Helpers, entirely outside of Quikask. Quikask is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its terms, performance, or outcome.

No guarantee of identity or quality. Phone verification confirms a user controls a phone number — it is not identity verification and does not vouch for a person's skill, reliability, or character. Reviews reflect the experiences of other users, not an assessment by Quikask.

Account standing. Quikask may suspend, restrict, or remove any account or content that violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Disputes. Disagreements about a job's price, quality, or completion are between the Asker and Helper. Quikask may review reported disputes but does not mediate, arbitrate, or refund on either party's behalf.
